Hi, I’m Justin Lighton—your local Triangle-area home inspector and proud Wake Forest resident. I’ve spent most of my career in residential and commercial construction, giving me a deep, practical understanding of how homes are built and where issues tend to hide.

Before moving into construction and eventually home inspection, I served in the United States Marine Corps. Those years instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, integrity, and attention to detail—qualities that now guide every inspection I perform.

I became a home inspector because I love helping buyers and homeowners feel informed, protected, and confident.
